1 x  full Ayurvedic consultation (90 minutes) which includes personalised diet, lifestyle and herbal protocol

1 x Personalised Therapy Plan designed to purify and restore balance. Includes 3 hours of hands-on treatment. May include some of the following therapies: Abhyanga, Marma Massage, Swedana, Shirodara, Nasya, Netra Tarpana. Note: All treatments are prescribed by your practitioner and are not available for client selection.

18 x distant Pranic Healing sessions (45 minutes each)

6 x  follow-up consultations (30 minutes each) to track progress and make adjustments
