Lost or Delayed Orders
Our delivery partners consider a UK parcel lost if undelivered within 14 working days. Please allow this time to pass before requesting a replacement. Please allow extra shipping time if you live in a remote location or island. Weather conditions, strikes, COVID, and busy holiday periods may impact delivery times.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address details are accurate. If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to a returned parcel, we’ll issue a refund excluding shipping. For orders with free shipping, a £3.99 deduction will apply.
Damaged or Faulty Items
