Lost or Delayed Orders
Our delivery partners consider a UK parcel lost if undelivered within 14 working days. Please allow this time to pass before requesting a replacement. Please allow extra shipping time if you live in a remote location or island. Weather conditions, strikes, COVID, and busy holiday periods may impact delivery times.
Incorrect AddressPlease ensure your address details are accurate. If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to a returned parcel, we’ll issue a refund excluding shipping. For orders with free shipping, a £3.99 deduction will apply.
Damaged or Faulty ItemsWe understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us by submitting a request here (link to contact us) with your order number, a description of the affected items, and any photos of the damage.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, let the courier know you’d like to sign for it as "received damaged."
To help us resolve quality concerns, please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice damage after unpacking, notify us within three days of delivery for a replacement. We may require the faulty items to be returned for investigation and will happily provide a replacement or refund in these cases.
